Moody Named Champion Finalist for NTTC's 2023-2024 Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year

On December 6, 2023, the National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) is proud to announce the eight Champion Finalists of the 2023-2024 Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year contest, sponsored by Great West Casualty Company.

The 2023-2024 Champion Finalists:

• John Contreras, Cox Petroleum Transport

• Edward Heard Jr., Highway Transport

• Brian Jennings, Grammer Logistics

• Bill McNamee, Kenan Advantage Group

• Wayne Moody, Eagle Transport Corporation

• Robert (Newt) Newsome, Cox Petroleum Transport

• Dave Powell, Usher Transport

• Mark Schroyer, Grammer Logistics

Collectively, these eight drivers amassed a collective 220 years of experience with over 13 million accident-free miles in bulk transportation.

The Grand Champion of the 2023-2024 Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year contest will be crowned from amongst these eight drivers during the NTTC Annual Conference, held May 4-7, 2024, in Las Vegas, NV. The Grand Champion will serve as the face of the tank truck industry, representing NTTC at safety-focused events throughout the year and sharing NTTC's mission of safety and education with the general public.
