Mike Stevens Named District Manager at Eagle Transport

Eagle Transport Corporation is proud to announce the promotion of Mike Stevens from Terminal Manager in Selma, North Carolina, to District Manager.

“Mike Stevens has been with Eagle 16 years, managing multiple terminals during his time, and he has never been afraid of a challenge,” Vice President of Marketing Proctor Dean said. “I am excited to see him apply his willingness to work around obstacles as a District Manager and help Eagle grow.”

Mike joined the Eagle team in 2007 as a dispatcher and worked his way up to managing terminals across the Eagle footprint during his tenure. Under Mike’s leadership, the Selma, NC terminal earned Terminal of the Year in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. In 2018, Selma also won Safest Terminal of the Year.

“I am excited to embrace the challenges that lie ahead and continue to build on the skills I have acquired from the likes of Mike Proffitt, Drew Graham, Tim Crane, Jonathan Greer, Mark Kinsey, and Don Ewalt,” Mike Stevens said. “All played a part in getting me ready for my next journey at Eagle Transport. I cannot wait to get started.”
