Eagle Transport Corporation entered the South Carolina petroleum market with two terminals in the 1980s and added a third in the 1990s. Each of these three locations allows us to reach more customers and the community in these areas, and we have three additional satellite locations to round off our presence in the Palmetto State.

Before becoming a brick-and-mortar terminal in the mid-1990s, our Charleston, South Carolina team was managed as a satellite of our Spartanburg, SC, location. In 2004, we moved into our current home on Hock Avenue in North Charleston.
With almost 30 team members operating today, the Charleston terminal hauls petroleum, lube oil, liquid chemicals, jet fuel, dry bulk, and caustic.

Eagle Transport has served the North Augusta community since the 80s as we continued expanding into different markets to serve our existing customers better and grow with new ones.
Over the years, our North Augusta team has primarily hauled petroleum, including many loads of jet fuel, and we have expanded into hauling chemical products. We now have over 50 team members working for our North Augusta terminal!

Eagle Transport's Spartanburg terminal has served Upstate South Carolina, western North Carolina, and northern Georgia since the 1980s. Beginning as a pure-play petroleum carrier for this market, we delved into chemicals in 2011, supporting company growth in this segment with loads of liquid chemicals in Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Over the past few years, we have expanded our offerings to include dry bulk products and pellets. This provides a unique opportunity to cross-train our drivers, maximizing their growth potential and opportunities here at Eagle as they learn more about different parts of our industry. As we look ahead to continued growth in 2025, our Spartanburg team has just under 40 industry professionals operating with 25 power units and 40 trailers serving this growing market.
